ASLPM’s role in the SAN Capital Improvement Program has involved providing comprehensive program management support services, including project planning, coordination, and administration across a spectrum of complex projects. Our team has been instrumental in managing terminal expansions, renovations, special systems integration, baggage screening upgrades, Information Technologies (IT) enhancements, passenger screening improvements, and baggage handling system modernizations. Additionally, ASLPM has developed SAN-specific procedures, project management tools, checklists, and forms, while also initiating an Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) to optimize project risk management.
