ASLPM provides comprehensive Program and Capital Improvement Program (CIP) staff support services to the San Antonio International Airport (SAN). Serving as the prime consultant and sub-consultant, ASLPM managed SAN’s rolling 5 Year CIP, acting as the Owner’s Representative to the Port of San Diego and subsequently to the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority.
ASLPM oversees program/project/construction management activities. We implement robust project controls and scheduling measures, monitoring progress and maintaining timelines. Thorough quality assurance/control inspections upheld construction standards, and we develop department processes, including innovative project management software solutions.

Through ASLPM’s diligent efforts and expertise, SAN’s airport projects were delivered safely on schedule, within budget, and with zero audit findings, enhancing the airport’s operational efficiency and passenger experience.
